This is very cool! My graphic novel José and the Pirate Captain Toledano has been nominated for best historical narrative at the first-ever JewCE (Jewish Comics Experience) convention happening in November!

Arnon Shorr (the book’s author) and I are so honored and blown away to be listed among these incredible works from the past two decades.  I mean, take a look at these names…!!!

That’s such an amazing selection of incredible work and incredible artists!!  It’s so cool to be listed among them.
